Reactoonz - Thephone
Reactoonz is a Play'n GO cluster slot in the lobby. Here is how it plays, what the studio does not publish, and where free play really is.
- Grid: 7x7 cluster pays
- Free spins: none in this game
Reactoonz at The Phone Casino: the Short Answer
Reactoonz is a Play'n GO grid slot, released on 23 October 2017, and it sits in The Phone Casino's lobby alongside Reactoonz 2, Reactoonz 100 and Reactoonz Blitzways. You play it on a 7x7 grid with no paylines: groups of five or more matching symbols that touch pay, and every win cascades until the grid settles.
Most people land on this page with the same few questions, so here are the straight answers before the detail.
- RTP
- Not published by Play'n GO, so no figure is quoted on this page
- Volatility
- Not published as a studio rating
- Maximum win
- Not published; the top paytable line is 750.00 x the bet, which is a different thing
- Free spins
- None - Reactoonz has no free spins, no bonus round and no feature buy
- Demo at this casino
- No - games open only after you log in
Good to know: the free spins you can get here belong to the brand, not to the game. They are 10 free spins on Big Bass Splash, tied to that slot, and they cannot be moved to Reactoonz.
Where to Play Reactoonz
Reactoonz is in the game lobby, and the lobby runs in your phone browser. There is no app to download. Sign-in with Face ID or a fingerprint is available in the login box, so getting back to the game takes a few seconds once your account is set up.
Opening the game page without being logged in sends you straight to the login screen, which is normal for this casino rather than a fault. The lobby also carries the sequels, so search for the exact title if you want the original rather than Reactoonz 2, Reactoonz 100 or Reactoonz Blitzways.

Quantum Leap, Gargantoon and the Other Features
Reactoonz has no scatter symbols and no free spins round. Everything interesting happens inside the base game, driven by a handful of features with Play'n GO's own names. Learning those names makes the in-game help far easier to read.
Quantum Leap: the five charge meters
Quantum Leap is a set of five charge meters that fill up as you win. After winning on 25 symbols, a random Quantum feature is added to a queue, and up to four can wait there at once. Charge the fifth meter and the Gargantoon is added as well. The queued features do not fire mid-cascade: they trigger when no more wins are present, and the meters reset at the end of the round.
| Quantum feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Implosion | Turns 3 to 6 symbols into wilds and destroys the symbols next to them. |
| Alteration | All symbols matching one random one-eyed symbol turn into another symbol. |
| Demolition | Destroys all one-eyed symbols of one type and everything matching them. |
| Incision | Cuts a wild into the centre and creates two intersecting diagonal lines of the same random symbol. |
So the shorthand is four Quantum features plus the Gargantoon. You will see other numbers quoted for how many features the game has, because the studio words it differently on different screens; counting the four above and the Gargantoon separately avoids the confusion.
Gargantoon, Giantoonz and Fluctuation
- Gargantoon: a 3x3 wild appears at a random position, then becomes two 2x2 wilds, then nine 1x1 wilds as the cascades continue.
- Instability: on an opening spin that does not win, the Gargantoon can also drop 4 to 8 wilds onto the grid.
- Giantoonz: four matching symbols sitting together in a square merge, and any win they are part of is doubled.
- Fluctuation: each spin one type of one-eyed symbol is marked, and if it is part of a win it leaves 2 wilds behind.
Wilds in this game are the flux capacitors. They substitute for the normal symbols, they are not affected by Quantum features, and they appear only through Fluctuation and the Quantum features.
How the 7x7 Grid and Cluster Pays Work
There are no paylines. Instead, the 49 positions of the grid are scanned for clusters: five or more matching symbols touching horizontally or vertically. Touching at a corner does not count, so a diagonal line of the same symbol pays nothing on its own.
- You place the stake and the grid fills.
- Any cluster of five or more matching symbols pays and is removed from the grid.
- New symbols drop in to fill the gaps.
- If the new symbols form another winning cluster, it pays and the process repeats.
- When no new cluster forms, the cascade ends, any queued Quantum features fire, and the round finishes.
One rule trips people up: only the highest win is paid per winning symbol combination. If the same group of symbols could be read as two different wins, you are paid for the larger one, not both.
Good to know: because every cascade can feed the Quantum Leap meters, a round with many chained wins matters far more than a single large cluster. The meters carry nothing over, though - they reset when the round ends.
RTP and Volatility: What Play'n GO Publishes
Play'n GO does not publish an RTP for Reactoonz. We checked the studio's game page, the in-game help and the paytable screens of the game itself, and none of them gives a percentage or a list of RTP versions. That is why this page does not give you one either.
You will find specific figures on review sites. They have no studio source behind them, and an operator can in any case run a game with its own configuration, so a number copied from a third party tells you less than it appears to. Treat any unsourced percentage as a guess.
What you can do
- Open the game's information and paytable screens in play and read what the studio does show.
- Ask live chat (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm) whether the operator can tell you more about its configuration.
- Set a deposit limit before you start, so the unknown percentage does not decide your budget.
What not to rely on
- An RTP figure from a review site with no link to the studio.
- A volatility label from a third party, as the studio does not publish one.
- Memory of how a short session went, which is not evidence of anything.
Volatility: how the game behaves
Play'n GO does not state a volatility rating either, so what follows is what the design makes likely rather than a studio claim. Wins come as small clusters of low symbols for much of the time, and the larger results tend to arrive when a long cascade charges the Quantum Leap meters and the wild features start firing. Expect uneven sessions: quiet stretches, then rounds where a lot happens at once.
That shape suits small stakes and a firm session budget. It is also a reason to be wary of chasing a feature, because the meters reset every round and nothing is owed to you.
Maximum Win: What the Paytable Actually Says
Play'n GO publishes no maximum win for Reactoonz. There is no "win up to" figure on the game page and no cap stated in the help or the paytable. If you see a precise multiplier quoted as the maximum win elsewhere, it did not come from the studio.
What the paytable does show is the top symbol line. In the studio's demo, at a bet of 1.00, the highest symbol pays 750.00 x the bet for a cluster of 15 or more.
- Top paytable line
- 750.00 x bet
- Cluster needed
- 15 or more of the top symbol
- Published cap
- None
A top paytable line is not a maximum win. It is the payout for one cluster of one symbol, before wilds, Giantoonz doubling, cascades or Quantum features are taken into account, and a single round can chain several wins together. So one lucky cluster is worth 750 times the stake on its own, and a round that chains several wins together can go past it. Where the ceiling actually sits, the studio has not said.
In real play the stake also limits what any multiplier is worth. In Great Britain the online slot stake is capped at £5 per spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24, which is the real-money ceiling regardless of what the demo's bet selector allows.
- Spins if nothing comes back

- That is roughly

- Within the UK £5 cap

- Stake per 100 spins

This is stake arithmetic only, not a prediction of what the game pays: Play'n GO does not publish an RTP for Reactoonz, so there is no honest way to work out an average return here. The worst case shown here - no return at all - is the one worth planning for, because it is the one that empties the budget fastest.
Playing Reactoonz in Demo
The Phone Casino does not publish a free-play or demo mode. Games open only after you log in, and a link to Reactoonz without a session leads to the login screen. There is nothing hidden to unlock: no demo button, no practice setting.
A free demo of Reactoonz does exist with the studio, hosted by Play'n GO on its own game page with no registration. Our demo mode guide explains how free play works and how it differs from real-money play, so you can decide whether it suits you.
- The demo's stake selector runs from 0.20 to 100.00 in demo currency, which is not money.
- Real play in Great Britain is capped at £5 per spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24, so the top of the demo range is not available to you.
- The operator sets its own minimum and maximum stakes, and these are not published on the studio's pages.
- Use the demo to learn the cluster rules and the Quantum Leap meters, not to predict how real sessions will go.
If Reactoonz Will Not Load
Most loading problems come down to a handful of ordinary causes. Work through them in this order and the game is usually back within a minute or two.
-
You are not logged in
Game links redirect to the login screen when there is no active session. Sign in with your details, Face ID or fingerprint, then open the game from the lobby.
-
The session expired
If you left the tab open for a while, log out and back in rather than refreshing the game frame.
-
The title moved
Lobby order changes. Search for Reactoonz by name instead of looking for the old position.
- A browser setting or extension may be blocking the game frame; try a private window to check.
- A cached page can show a stale lobby, so clear the site data or reload fully.
- There is no app to reinstall - the casino runs in the browser, so updating or switching browser is the fix.
If none of that helps, live chat is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Describe what you see on screen, because it speeds up the answer.
Reactoonz FAQ
What is the RTP of Reactoonz?
Play'n GO does not publish an RTP for Reactoonz on its game page, in the in-game help or in the paytable. Any percentage you see on a review site has no studio source, so we do not quote one. The game's information screens are the place to look for what the studio does state.
Does Reactoonz have free spins?
No. Reactoonz has no free spins, no bonus round and no feature buy; its action comes from cascades and the Quantum Leap features. The free spins available at The Phone Casino are the brand's own 10 free spins on Big Bass Splash, and they cannot be used on Reactoonz.
What does the Gargantoon do?
The Gargantoon is added when the fifth Quantum Leap charge meter fills. A 3x3 wild appears, then splits into two 2x2 wilds, then nine 1x1 wilds as the cascades continue. On a non-winning opening spin it can also drop 4 to 8 wilds onto the grid.
Is there a Reactoonz demo at The Phone Casino?
No, the casino publishes no demo or free-play mode, and games open only after you log in. Play'n GO hosts a free demo on its own game page with no registration, and our demo mode guide explains how free play works.
What is the maximum win in Reactoonz?
Play'n GO does not publish a maximum win or a cap for Reactoonz. The highest paytable line is 750.00 x the bet for a cluster of 15 or more of the top symbol, measured at a bet of 1.00 in the studio demo, but that is a paytable line and not a maximum win.
What does the UK stake cap mean for Reactoonz?
Online slots in Great Britain are capped at £5 per spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24. That applies to Reactoonz like any other slot, so the higher stakes in the studio demo's selector, which runs up to 100.00, are not available in real play here.
